Great Overview of Portofino!

We highly recommend Experience My Portofino for your next visit here. We went on a walking tour of the town followed by a pesto-making class and lunch beside the harbor, and had a marvelous time! Francesca was knowledgeable and personable, and was very attentive to our group of 6. The city walk was informative and Francesca was able to give an insight into living in the area. Making pesto was a lot of fun, but also inspired us to make it ourselves when we get home. Lunch was delicious. Thank you, Francesca, for a lovely day in Portofino!

Great tour!

Our guide, Francesca, was incredible! Such a great tour full of interesting information and breathtaking views. Delicious focaccia to munch on as we walked/talked. We had people stop while we were making pesto to watch us, followed by one of the best lunches I have ever had. I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially if they are lucky enough to have Francesca as their guide.

Wonderful afternoon in Portofino

This was our third visit to Portofino, but our first guided tour and we are so happy we did it! We learned so much about this little town and we were shown several places we had missed on our previous trips. The pesto making activity was great experience and tasted amazing.

Fabulous Trip

Fabulous trip from start to finish. The delightful Gabriel looked after us so well. Collected us in Santa Margarita, seated us altogether on the top deck of the boat so he could give us the historical information on the way to Portofino. Lovely walking tour, visited the bakery, visited the church, lots of opportunities for photos. Lots of amusing anecdotes and history. We finished off making pesto on the waterfront with light lunch and glass of wine. Superb.

Experience My Portofino pesto making and walking tour

We had an amazing time with Francesca in Portofino. She waited by the ferry with my name on it so it was easy to see her. She showed us around the main interesting parts of Portofino for pictures and gave us a brief history of the areas we walked around. Focaccia deli she took us to was delicious! And I loved the story behind the lady that works there. Francesca took us to LV to check out some purses, which was very nice of her. Then pesto making the traditional way was so much fun! Also the lunch was delicious, Lingurian style pasta with pesto. We got to know a little bit about Francesca and it was like talking to a good Italian friend. We were sad to see Francesca go. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the perfect weather day. Grazie Francesca!
